Chris Rasher's Obituary
Chris Rasher, 83, of New Oxford, PA, passed away on April 18, 2026. He was born on November 29, 1942 to (the late) Nolan and Dorothy Rasher in Santa Ana, California.
Chris was the beloved husband of Louise Rasher for 57 years. From this union, two children, Todd and brother John (deceased) (11/27/73- 7/13/2020) were born. Chris loved life and was an outgoing positive person. Always there to help others, he cherished his family and friends. Chris enjoyed fishing, camping, and adventuring outdoors. He was an excellent craftsman and artist and pursued many hobbies, including woodworking, stained glass, and collecting coins. Those who were gifted to have Chris in their lives, were blessed to have a funny, loving, generous, supportive, and caring person to call a husband, a father, a brother, a grandfather, an uncle, and a friend. We will forever hold in our hearts his love and all the lessons he gave.
Chris leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Louise; son, Todd; sister, Neena; grandchildren, Isaac, Noah, Rose; and all the family and friends who were touched by his beauty and kindness.
