Obituary
Mr Chester Eugene Stockman, 83, of Woodsboro, passed into eternal rest Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Frederick Memorial Hospital due to natural causes. Born August 7, 1933 in Frederick County, he was the son of the late Harry Isaac and May Perkins Stockman. He was the husband of the late Gail Virginia Stockman. He was also preceeded in death by his brother Harry Isaac Stockman, sister Hazul Mazur, and his three children Crystal, Janet and Steven. He is survived by his two sisters Charlotte Haines and Jeanette Ramsburg, his Children, daughter Carol Turner, son Kenneth Stockman, daughter Diane May and her husband James May, son David Stockman, eight grandchildren, nine greatgrandchildren, and many other neices, nephews and relatives. He worked and retired from Genstar Quarry in Frederick Md. from 1954 to 1996. Then he worked at Hubert R Brown Cons. Inc. for another 12 years. He loved to work, loved his family and friends, and always had a smile on his face. He will be specially remembered by his Granddaughter Dawn Brown who cared for him and his neice Linda Stine. A memorial service will be held at Calvary Assembly of God 8234 Woodsboro Pike, Walkersville, Maryland 21793 on Friday April 28, 2017 at 4pm.
