Morgan, Charles Robert's Obituary
Charles Robert Morgan II passed away peacefully at his residence on Saturday, August 16, 2025, in Frederick, Maryland. He was born on May 2, 1952, in Frederick, he was the son of the late Charles R. Morgan Sr. and Betty Mossburg Morgan.
A lifelong resident of Frederick, Robert graduated from Thomas Johnson High School in 1970. He was a devoted member of Parkway Community Church and lived a life marked by hard work, faith, and love for his family.
Charles dedicated 25 years of service to the City of Frederick’s Water Treatment Department before retiring. Never one to sit still, he continued working for 15 years at Spring Ridge Exxon and later spent four years as a product demonstrator with Crossmark at Sam’s Club, where he enjoyed engaging with the community.
He was preceded in death by his beloved son, Charles “Robbie” Morgan III; his parents; his brother, Kenneth Morgan; and his sister, Linda Orndoff.
Charles is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Morgan; his brother, Donald Morgan and wife Cathy; and his sister, Donna Carter and husband Steve. He will be remembered for his quiet strength, warm heart, and unwavering dedication to those he loved.
The graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at Resthaven Memorial Garden, 9501 Catoctin Mtn Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701
