Charles "Bunny" Everett Yokley, 75, of Kearneysville, WV passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at the Veterans Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV. Born April 12, 1941 in Germantown, MD, he was the son of the late Charles Clifford Yokley and Virginia Othella Lambert Yokley. He was of the Baptist faith and a Veteran of the US Army. He was a hard-working man who was especially good to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed watching football. He is survived by his loving wife of over 54 years, Margaret L. "Maggie" Yokley of Middleway, WV; one daughter, Chrystal Scheetz and husband, Richard of Poolsville, MD; two sons, Samuel C. Yokley of Middleway and Robert E. Yokley and wife Tammy of Kearneysville; grandchildren, Kimberly and Courtney Scheetz, Robin, Jarrett and Shane Yokley; two special great-grandsons, Logan Troy Green, and Chancelor Thomas Creamer; and one loving uncle, Samuel J. Tibbs. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, February 24, 2017 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Dr. Henry Christie officiating. Interment will be in Resthaven Cemetery in Frederick, MD. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday two hours prior to the service.
