Mr. Carmine Anthony Iorio's Obituary
Carmine Anthony Iorio died peacefully on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Carmine was born to the late Clara and D. Thomas Iorio in Brooklyn, New York on June 9, 1936.
He is the beloved husband of Carol Ann Iorio. He is also survived by his three children and their respective spouses: Leanne Therese Headland (Barry), Christine Iorio Harvard (Tavis), and Thomas Ward Iorio (Laura). Carmine is the adoring grandfather of Sarah Headland (fiancé Chris DiBartolo), Matthew Headland (McKendry), Eric Headland, Michael Umberger, Samantha Iorio, and Caroline Iorio. He is great grandfather of Luca Vincent Headland. Carmine’s sister, Constance Furlong predeceased him. Her husband Oliver Furlong survives with his children, Carmine’s nieces; Theresa Wood (John), Connie Hoffman (Matthew), and Catherine McNees (Randy). He is the brother-in-law to Bonnie Crabtree (Larry) and uncle of Michael Crabtree (Susie), Jerry Crabtree (Mary) and Jeff Crabtree (Valarie).
Friends and relatives are invited to visit on Thursday, December 22 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at which time a funeral service will commence in the Chapel of Resthaven Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. 9501-B Catoctin Mountain Highway (U.S. Rte. 15 North) Frederick, Maryland 21701.
Interment Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
