Obituary
Bethel I. Johnson passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Ballenger Creek Center in Frederick, MD. She was born September 3, 1935, to the late Stanley and Zelma Anderson. Bethel was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph E. Johnson; Sisters, Estelle Peach, Charlotte Anderson, Thelma Hicks, and Shirley Cook; and Brothers, Lawrence Anderson, Stanley Rudolph Anderson, and Thomas Anderson. She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Michael Carter (Rochelle); Grandaughter, Michaela of Dallas, TX; Sister, Catherine Woodyard of Frederick, MD; Brothers, Stanley Anderson and Charles Anderson (Sarah) of Mt. Airy, MD; and Godson, Charles Anderson Jr., and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and close friends. A visitation will be held from 10-11 AM on Friday, November 9, 2018 at the Resthaven Funeral Home, 9501 Catoctin Mountain Highway, Frederick, MD with a service beginning at 11 AM.
