To Nick and family - Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you. Melvin and I are so sorry that we cannot be there today. I will cherish my memories of the time that Alice and I spent visiting one another chatting. I, especially, am so grateful for the time I spent with Alice and Nick two weeks ago. There is so much I want to say, but it was all said in the beautiful obituary that you have written for her. One thing she did say is that she loves you all so much; her devoted and Loving Nick, her children and her grandchildren, so much, and when God calls her home she did not want you all to be sad because she will always be watching over all of you.
