I ask you to reconsider the use of the obituary to push sales of your flowers. Yes, it was convenient to have a bar to touch and start ordering flowers- thank you for that. But then you grouped all the names of any floral donors together on the very first line in the flowers and comments section. That made people feel pushed to spend. Moreover, my name was used a second time on a separate line (as were others) to say Doots sent xyz giving the name of the spray; that name of the spray was highlighted and could show people easily what the cost was. So anyone who donated flowers was mentioned twice. That’s not really necessary - telling what I spent, pushing others to spend was not in good taste. I spoke with Greg at Heritage also about this matter - I hope you consider changing it.

Our family was so pleased with this floral expression of love. It featured multiple varieties of flowers including gladiolus, snapdragon, stargazer lilies, daisies and carnations, in the pink and yellow palette shown in the picture. The standing spray was delivered as promised for a Monday morning funeral, and was competitively priced.

I ordered this arrangement on behalf of my cousins and all of our families. We selected this particular arrangement because pink was our aunts favorite color and she, along with our parents, used to sell gladiolas by the roadside. The was not one single glad in the arrangement. There was more greenery than anything. I also requested a ribbon stating "Beloved Aunt" and it was not on the arrangement. I don't know why this arrangement was so lacking when the same florist made several other arrangements, of various sizes and shapes, for the same funeral and they were absolutely gorgeous.

Simply stated; seemingly the online photo and what I perceived to be a fuller arrangement did not match my expectations. Therefore, I’ve decided against purchasing flowers for future purposes; it’s not worth spending $202.32 (including tax) on something that is not worth will last only a few days. This order was the first time I ever ordered funeral flowers in this manner and of course, I was skeptical, but when I saw the spray at the funeral, I was completely pleased. The spray was made almost exactly as the picture and was beautiful and large and filled with fresh flowers and greenery. I am glad that the funeral home in charge of this funeral of a very dear friend uses this manner for ordering flowers for persons out of town and not familiar with a local florist to contact directly.

The colors were beautiful but I was very heartbroken and embarrassed that the majority of the flowers were wilted and looked like they were a week old I took pictures of it if you need to see it the Lilly’s on the spray were all closed and wilted except for three I paid 225.00 and thought they would last longer than overnight it was very heartbreaking for me my niece deserved so much better I did order another arrangement for my parents to send to their granddaughter and it was a basket of peach and yellow roses that I also paid around 200 for and they were absolutely beautiful

Quite frankly, the flowers that were delivered were an enormous disappointment and a gross embarrassment... and certainly not a proper tribute to my sister! Whomever chose the flowers and set them into "that arrangement" was either blind or didn't know what they were doing. The "arrangement" was so far removed from what "the picture" promised, I had to closely search "the cards" attached to each and every one of the other arrangements to ascertain which was in fact mine. AND THERE WAS NO "DEAR SISTER" RIBBON THAT I HAD REQUESTED (at the time of purchase)FOUND ON THE ARRANGEMENT! Consider yourselves lucky if I don't take the time to contest payment with my credit card company for such a thoughtless piece of trash!

I live in California and waited until the last minute to send flowers for my Aunt's wake in Florida because I forgot about the time difference. The customer service representative said she might not be able to accommodate my request because of the short notice, but kindly offered to call around to see if she could find someone that could do it for the Wake, but could only guarantee it would be at the funeral the following day. Some how that wonderful person was able to find me someone and I heard from my cousin the arrangement did in fact make it to the service that evening. I have high regard for The Sympathy Store's customer service and am forever grateful that they were able to accommodate me in spite of the fact they really had to bend over backwards to help me out. You don't get that kind of service anywhere else these days!

This arrangement cost less than the other one I ordered through the same place - for delivery to the same address on the same day. These flowers were simply stunning - the color combination was beautiful, the flowers were all very fresh, and the overall size was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this arrangement.
